Our quality assurance policy and practice:

We guarantee that 100% quality products are to be delivered to customers worldwide.

If there are defective or damaged products, under different circumstances, different measures will be taken:

1. Under normal usage and service conditions, the quality guarantee period of our products is usually 12 months after delivery.

2. If the products are damaged in the shipment container, and the damage is caused because of our own fault, we will supply free replacements.

3. If the products are damaged because of customers’ negligence or improper usage, new products can be supplied at customers’ costs.
