Introduction

1.      JBF high polymer nanometer sealing material is a special sealing material. It’s a special and new water stop & sealing material used for various large pumps. It is superior to traditional graphite, butter and asbestos, as they have shorter service life, need to be replaced frequently and cause time and labor loss.

2.      Its raw material is special rubber, which is mixed and vulcanized with high polymer nanometer material at high temperature.

3. It has superior water swelling property (Expansion times is up to more than 500 times) in service. It has good wear resistance, good absorbability and stable chemical property in humid air, it won’t denature due to oxidization. Its service life is extended to be 12-15 times more than traditional products.

Application:

Various kinds of pump houses in large and medium size reservoir, steel plant, coal washery, coking plant and water plant.

Construction Note:

After use, it should be stored away from moisture, sun and fire.
